Ok I am Back!

  • Mood: great!
  • Weather: 50's rainy
  • Currently Reading: wheel of time

I know its been a long time since I was here.

I needed some time off.. needed to regroup and well had a real bad flare up of the FM and it has taken me months to get back into my old schedule. I am sorry for leavin ya hangin!

Most of my time is spent making beads and selling them. This is the start of my busy season. And thank goodness it has been busy.

The winter here started off with heavy snow and cold temps.. but now that it is January its like spring.. in the 50's and snow melting ... but they say that isnt gonna last.. pity I was kinda liking it.. and saving on the heating bill.

The holidays were fun for us. My daughter came for a visit. and I taught her to make my baked ziti. It was her favorite childhood meal. I asked her if she would like to learn to make my famous meatballs too she answered.. "Mom, please I now have one killer dish to serve my friends. If it doesnt come frozen then its gonna be take out." I said to her that no one would believe a chiild of mine would hate to cook! But this shouldnt surprise me everything I love to do she has gone out of her way not to try or be a part of. She found her own things and made her own mark. Anyway it was a special day for me and I enjoyed it so.

Charlie has a new job so I found myself alone on new years .. well for most of it anyway and for the first time didnt see the ball drop.   But The job is good for Charlie and the company is wonderful to him.

Enjoy your day folks! til next time ....

Hey girl, so glad that you are back and that all is well. I don't know, but we have had so many holiday celebrations through the years, that now we just want to go to bed early and forget it all. I think it happens to everyone sooner or later. At any rate, I am glad that the holidays are over with and now we can look forward to Spring. Take care, I will be back soon.;)
